These Terms of Use apply to your use of boniferromortgages.ca and related online forms, tools, and content operated by Mike Boniferro, a Licensed Mortgage Agent (FSRA #M18001301) authorized by Dominion Lending Centres Elite Mortgage Group (Brokerage License #13669), with an office at 152 Albert St, London, ON N6A 1M1.

Mike Boniferro is an independently owned and operated mortgage agent within the Dominion Lending Centres / Elite Mortgage Group network. Through this site we provide general mortgage information and a way for you to inquire about mortgage options, including purchases, renewals, refinances, and related services in Ontario.
We are not a lender. We compare options from lenders in the DLC network and help you understand trade-offs. Final approvals, rates, and terms are decided by lenders and, where applicable, mortgage default insurers. All rates and approvals are O.A.C. (On Approved Credit) and subject to lender underwriting, credit qualification, and property requirements.
